西岩（にしいわ）は、日本相撲協会の年寄名跡のひとつ。同じ大阪相撲由来の名跡「岩友」と区別して、「西岩友」と称していた名跡が「西岩」と変化して継承されたものである。1927年（昭和2年）の東西合併時に廃家となるが、1942年（昭和17年）に復活した（1942年に復活した名跡はほかに大島・安治川・北陣・不知火）。
